Incoming Inspection
Upon receipt of materials, visual inspection, dimensional measurement, and functional testing are performed to prevent defective products from entering the production line.
Storage & Inventory Management
Received materials are systematically stored and managed with a structured FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system to ensure a smooth production flow.
SEMI-MODULE Assembly
Each cell is semi-assembled using an automated production line. Processes such as cell grading, sticking, spot welding, and vision inspection ensure the production of high-quality and highly reliable battery packs. We minimize quality variation through strict cell matching criteria and standardized processes.
MODULE Assembly
SEMI-MODULEs are positioned and connected accurately to complete a full module. Voltage is tested to prevent the production of defective units.
Firmware Installation
We operate assembly processes optimized for electrical and mechanical stability. Battery pack performance and safety are managed through BMS and dedicated firmware.
PACK Assembly
The final case is assembled to complete the battery pack. We systematically manage the reliability of the enclosure assembly process through torque, insulation, and creepage control. Thorough molding guarantees excellent waterproof performance.
EOL (End-of-Line) Test
Voltage inspection is carried out at the final stage to eliminate defective products.
Quality Testing
Comprehensive quality testing is conducted through specialized inspection processes, ensuring flawless product delivery.
Final Inspection
We ensure reliability through 100% inspection and functional testing prior to shipment. Voltage and charge/discharge tests are conducted to verify product functionality prior to shipment.
Shipping
Shipment is carried out based on customer requests regarding quantity and destination, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
